The Queen’s Cake, our modern take on the Queen Emma Cake features seven luscious layers:
guava cake, guava curd, lilikoi cake, lilikoi curd, coconut cake, coconut haupia, and more coconut cake,
all enveloped in our signature vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.

Conceived by Broke Da Mouth Bakery, the storied Queen Emma Cake has been a sweet memory since the shop’s closing. After receiving a number of requests for this cake, (and after much research and many test recipes!), we are delighted to offer our version of this nostalgic delight, replacing the original mousse fillings with
bright and bold guava curd, lilikoi (passion fruit) curd and coconut haupia.
