The Queen's CakeThe Queen’s Cake, our modern take on the Queen Emma Cake features seven luscious layers:
guava cake, guava curd, lilikoi cake, lilikoi curd, coconut cake, coconut haupia, and more coconut cake,
all enveloped in our signature vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.
Conceived by Broke Da Mouth Bakery, the Queen Emma Cake has been a sweet memory since the shop’s closing a few years ago. After receiving a number of requests for this cake, (and after much research and many test recipes!), we are delighted to offer our version of this nostalgic delight, replacing the original mousse fillings with
bright and bold guava curd, lilikoi curd and coconut haupia.

Pick Up Info
Cakes can be picked up at our commercial kitchen in Kahului, located at
140 HO’OHANA ST., UNIT 102 (the old Water Store, next to the Maui Cookie Lab)
on TUESDAY 2/13 or WEDNESDAY 2/14 from 12 NOON - 4PM.
Please select Tuesday or Wednesday pick up at check out.
